When you submit an eligibility assessment or consultation request, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number and the study information you enter. We record your consent, enquiry date, referral page and campaign parameters.
Why we use it
Your information is used to review your study enquiry, suggest next steps and contact you. An enquiry creates a draft student profile and may be assigned to an authorized counsellor.
Access and storage
Enquiry information is stored in the platform database and is available to authorized team members. Please do not include passport scans, payment details or other sensitive documents in a public enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep team members signed in. The comparison tool stores selected program identifiers in your browser. Campaign information is held in session storage for your enquiry. Optional analytics runs only after consent when configured.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or remove your enquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing visaroutebd.apply@gmail.com. Retention and any university-sharing arrangements should be confirmed with your counsellor before submitting an application.
